Return / Exchange

In case you do not like an item you've received or it doesn't fit you, feel free to send it back to us.
Please notice that this policy doesn't include items e.g hygienic items, custome made products, products which we have ordered by our supliers especially for you and some others.

Please inform us about the return sending within 14 days after you've received your order and send it back to the following address:

The shipping cost of return should be paid by you.  Although your goods are very small please do not send in an envelope as registered letter.

The legal right to cancel does not apply for consumers outside of the European Union. Please contact us in advance before returning. For returns coming from outside the EU please take care that we do not pay any duties, custom and charges. Custom declaration must be done by you.
